Charnene started her career in property over a decade ago as a rental administrator and agent in Cape Town, Atlantic Seaboard, where she learned early on that property is equal parts paperwork and people skills, mostly people skills. She took a detour into tech recruitment, spending several years placing top-tier talent across Europe from Zurich, before finding her way back to where it all started.
